Hey all. New to posting on here and have just graduated the C25K and completed my first park run this morn. Am doing really well so far cutting out high calorie snacks and thinking more about what i eat as i'm now tackling losing a bit of weight. My original goal was just to get fitter but unfortunately am still struggling to stay at the same weight let alone lose any. I just love choc too much tho have done a week without any. Found some willpower!! I'm in my final year @ uni however and I don't actually go out tons but any suggestions for nights out as its never great being the sober 1 all the time... and trust me i don't drink that often but tend to hit it hard when i do! I don't want all my hard work to go to waste on the occasional night out. HELP?!?!

to be honest if youre good during the week and eat healthy and dont hit the takeaway shop after the night out I dont see the alcohol causing too much grief, personally i lose several pounds after a night out, the effects of vodka lots of red bull and dancing, the increased sugar overload seems act the same as a blip on the chocolate for me and act like a colonic, sorry to sound so yuk but it helps shift everything and im a bit of a dancer on a noight out boogeying all night, plus the amount of liquid consumed is well in excess of the 2litres a day, so long as its not pints youre drinking if you can use diet drinks or even fruit juice as mixers everyone is allowed little rewards for good behaviour
