I'm doing slimming world online, its quite easy to follow! I've been doing it 2 weeks and lost 4lb a week x

my husband is at slimming world but he doesnt cook so i do it all he has lost 4 lb in this one week.

try having a high fibre breakfast as breckie is the most important meal of the day,for lunch try some ryvita and cottage and if you like marmite add a bit of this to ryvita also a plate of mixed salad,lose the fat from meat,and use a smaller plate hope this helps, x

Hi I find that eating 1 cup of cereal, 1 cup slim milk, 1 orange, and 1cup of coffee, no sugar, that fills me for breakfast, if you eat a sandwich buy thin slices of bread, 2 slices equal 1 regular slice. Instead of using mayo for tuna, packed in water, salad add tomatoes, lettuce, pickles, pack it on, large glass of water with a squick of lemon juice. You can do it good luck!
