Hi everyone! After a rather weighty Christmas am now ready to start again! Weight today is 9st 9 lb target weight is 8st 6lb (ish - there are some clothes I want to get back into!!!). BMI 26.3. I managed to get to level 5 but did not see much weight loss - and then came Christmas.....
