An advent of ideas 19: not no, not now

I've found this a helpful strategy. Telling myself 'no' risks waking up some small but rebellious child bit of me, whereas not now may well result in not later either. Or at least the kind of eating that does not produce regrets and feels like a choice rather than 'driven'
