Ladies, how do you cope when that time of month? Put on 2 pounds, feel bloated and in pain. I'm craving sugar all the time. I know only a few days, but don't want to ruin the good done so far.

Sometimes forget all us ladies have to go through star week. I'll be following some of the tips.

I would recommend simply just not weighing yourself that week at all and try to relax with the knowledge that whatever you may put on that week, your body will most likely lose it by the time it's over! I think looking at the scales every week can be soul-destroying for some people (myself included) and can potentially be the make or break of any diet...I try to avoid temptation to keep checking the scales and am keeping weigh-ins down to every 2-3 weeks. Obviously we all work differently and what works for one may not necessarily work for another but I have found doing this has kept me motivated as I can see more significant results when I do less weigh-ins.

Good idea, must admit I tend to weigh myself every couple of days, which can be demoralising
