Im starting my 12week plan on monday but with a 9 month old daughter and work im not sure how to fit in the exercise, but I am very desperate to lose weight so any tips would be appreciated? x

Excersise is helpful and can speed up weightloss but its not absolutely necessary, I imagine you get excersise running around between work and childcare can you walk part of a journey? I walk to work and its what call useful excersise since it gets me where I need to be, good luck!
Just going out for a walk will help. Even if you just walk a bit faster than you normally would will make a difference
I would suggest you make the most use of your lunch time. A 30 minute walk three days a week is manageable but really helps to get you to that 150 min each week. Housework also counts so throw yourself into it.There are lots of ten minute DVDs around which are easier to fit in each day.
Exercise can also be a good chance for you to have some time to yourself or for quality time with others so try to get the most of it eg meet a friend and go for a walk, take your little girl out in the stroller or try a mum and baby fitness class. The key for me is looking at it in a positive way - a walk with my fella is us spending time together or a walk at lunch is making sure i take a lunch and get away from the office with the fitness factor being a bonus.
