I have stuck to my healthy eating now for nearly 2 weeks as well as exercising every day....tonight I am going out to eat but I determined to be good, I feel good again being healthy.........I hope everyone else is doing as well and if your not don't give up xx

One of my tips for eating out is plan before you go. Most restaurants have menu's online so if you have a look at the menu before you go out, you can plan what you'll eat during the day, and if you're calorie counting, you might be able to work out the calories from the menu descriptions.

That's what I did, they made me grilled chicken and salad but I think I may have blown the calories with the wine I had after oops ! But I plan to exercise a lot this weekend : ) so should burn it off x
We still have to live and if you feel deprived you will blow it and then feel guilty and start the negative spiral which, if your like me, would have you reaching for the chocolate so enjoy your night ....guilt free
