Hi everyone, I have joined today in the hope I will not aonly support others but be supported as i begin my healthy eating and exercise. i have started visitng my local leisure centre and already feel encouraged, also taking advise and recording what I really eat!
Best of luck for week 1-recording what you eat is a good place to start. Do all your measurements as well. Bmi, waist, hips, chest. I re-measure once a month to see where I have got to-that is quite satisfying and gives you something else to think about.
Good luck remember not to worry about any 'bad' days just remember takes time to adjust to new good habits, but you will get there, we are all on the weight loss bus
Thanks guys, it great to feel supported. About to take down my measurments, not looking forward to it! Have a boxercise class later today that I enjoy, although I feel exhausted after, I usually feel great and buzzing that I made it through the whole class without stopping!
Great to have support, isn't it, temagin? Exactly how I feel. The worst part for me is getting out of bed; once out of bed I do my exercise 5 days a week and have the weekend off. Doc says portion size is all important too - she knows I like the 'see food' diet!
