I'm into my second week and I've only started to change eating habits and trying to follow as much as I can i will put in the exercise next week but I haven't used scales just knowing from the clothes that I've started loosing weight.

Well done Ambber! Sometimes checking the scales all the time can end up more discouraging that encouraging. It's great that you can already tell the difference without having to check all the time. What have you been doing so far, and what's your plan for exercise?

No snacking what so ever in between and hopefully will start the c25k tomorrow .

Hi. It's my second week at a healthy life time change.

I'm doing exactly the same as you. Not getting on the scales (to feel depressed), just going by how I feel in clothes. :)
