Hey,
Here's the link to the 12 week plan. It also has great information on dieting, BMI calculator, height/weight chart, recipe ideas....

The basic of the plan are:
> Calorie limit of 1400 cals per day for women and 1900 cals per day for men
> Get your 5 a day
> 150 mins aerobic exercise a week
> 2/3 core strength sessions a week
Print out the sheet each week and fill it in!
