Hi. I always tought there's something wrong with my period, with my weight and other thing. But i was really shy and never ask question in years. Is it normal for you to have difficulty to loose weight? I cannot exercise like before because of arthritis but i was a carpenter working 40 hours a week. It's like at least 30 hours of gym and i was eating a lot but not like the man for sure. And i was just able to loose 15-20 pound compare to now that i can't do more than 2-3 hours a mild exercice. Even when really sick like eating just the equivalent of 1 meal a day i was fat. I talk to a nutritionniste and the menu she propose me is more than what i can eat in a day. Now my weight is always between 190 and 210 pound variating each 3 month. They say exercise and eat well but even with that i can't reach 175 like before or at leat have a stable weight. I have proprem with my hormone. Start on the pill to regulate my cycle but it triple my pms effect. Doc prescripe me something to stop the bleeding and in 10 days will see for other option, other brand. All the doc say it's normal for me to weight 200 pound and the cholesterol and everything else is fine so they do nothing for my problem. Is controling hormone help for the weight?
