Treatment and Advice for PCOS

Hi all,

Please I need your advice or recommendations for vitamins supplements that I can use for my PCOS, I’m trying to get pregnant.

I have been trying for a baby for 4 years, but I have a regular period.

I always have blotting ,to much pain during sex ,and I have acan on my face .

Please tell me what can I use, and pray for each one of you to get well ,and for those who want to have kids my God will give you.

I am no medic but it sounds as though you may have a (retro)backward tilting uterus, if you experience pain, which makes getting pregnant more difficult apart from the PCOS.

I suggest going to the GP and asking for a referral to the Intermediate Gynaecology Clinic, where they deal with all kinds of similar issues. My daughter suffered from PCOS and finally, after years of heavy painful frequent periods was prescribed Spironolactone which has help enormously-she is not trying to get pregnant though!

You know I did the ultrasound, and the think is even Gynaecologist doctor knows that all is PCOS but you know they don’t given me any treatment.

So I’m emotional every time I have appointment.

I don’t know what to say or talk about anymore to be honest.
