HI giys i have prolonged periods since 2 months without pain can you plese tell me what is this?

Hi everyone i have heavy prolonged periods since 2 months its pain free periods.

It can be a number of things but the best thing to do is go to your GP to get a referral. I had the same thing for TEN months. I was eventually diagnosed with polyps. I had to lose weight, take Vitamin D and iron tablets as well as inositol. This has helped my period to resume.

Yes basically what I wrote. I switched to plant based foods, gluten free foods, took vitamin D, iron as I became anaemic and Vitamin B complex (inositol). Now I have my period regularly each month.

I’m not trying to conceive at the moment but eventually I will but I’m part of PCOS group on Facebook and many women who have maintained a healthy gluten free lifestyle have managed to conceive
