Hi all. I’ve been diagnosed since I was 13. I’ve recently gone gluten and dairy free. I hadn’t had regular periods since early last year when I came off the pill. But since last week my period has come back but with a total vengeance! I’m having a really heavy period and I’m suffering badly. I just wondered if anyone else has had the same happen to them when they’ve gone dairy and gluten free. Thanks!
