Hi ladies has anyone been on NORETHISTERONE long term I've been on it now for 13 months straight and due to end them next monday .... I'm so scared as I dont know the outcome and ano people are different but I've tried asking my dr and gyne but they just say multiple different things and its worrying me also the scare mongering too which is freaking me out.... my question is has anyone been on it for more then 6 months or so and how was it for you when you finally ended the pills thanks? Also how long did the withdrawal bleed last?

Hi I have been on northisterone for around 4 months now due to having menorrigha and prolonged periods. The whole situation is disheartening and scary. Anytime I have missed taking the pill my period immediately comes back and with clots. I have had scans and waiting to see my gynaecologist to find out what is next. To be honest I don’t even think the professionals know or have an answer. Definitely has impacted my quality of life and just praying that there is a solution.
