Natural healing?

Hi everyone, today I was diagnosed with PCOS. Recently I’ve had elevated levels of prolactin, getting acne on stomach and neck and a few spots on face which I never used to suffer from and excess hair growth which is getting embarrassing. I had a scan and polycystic ovaries were found in both ovaries. I was told to go back on the pill but my previous experiences with the pill were absolutely awful. I just wondered if anyone had any natural supplements or approaches that they have used which have really helped?

Hi, I refused to go back on the pill too, it really didn’t help much and I feel like it made everything worse personally. Since I was diagnosed last year I realised stress was a major roll in making my pcos symptoms worse and also diet! I found dairy products affected me quite badly and fatty foods too, my periods are now slightly more regular my acne is under control except a few spots that act up once a month and hair growth seems less. I can’t swear for sure that these things are the reason but they are things I changed/managed better. I’m also looking into going gluten free but that’s to see if it improves endometriosis symptoms I’m having :) xx

Maybe try a few different things see if anything helps improve your symptoms :) I know my friend had the coil and it improved her symptoms? There’s always an alternative xx
