Hi, I had my laparoscopy in 2018 and had a baby in 2019. I was diagnosed with PCOS and have an underactive thyroid. My period cycle is 45 days now. So after the laparoscopy and having a baby can anyone tell how quick PCOS can come back as it is a never-ending problems. TIA
