My doctor recommended I take inofolic. I have been taking this for about 1.5 years now and feel its helped with my weight, slow down hair growth and getting a better cycle.
Also in terms of diet, I have heard gluten and dairy free is recommended for PCOS. I went dairy free a while ago and found that helped because initially I felt my body was stocky but not so much now(not sure if that makes sense). I’ll be honest, at the moment I struggle to go completely gluten and dairy free but it’s something I’m slowly working on
Have a look at myo-inositol...was recommended for fertility purposes...it starts with the egg by Rebecca Fett has a great chapter on it...
Evening primrose oil shows to help too...
When I had pcos my periods were very heavy on some cycles and lasted a long time so my GP put me on the contraceptive pill...Dianette/Yasmin. On heavy 7 week cycles gave me norethistetone to stop/reduce the flow.
