Pain no period

hello! so i have pcos and i have been having my periods every two weeks. recently maybe a couple or three months ago i started having them one a month and each month it came a bit later than the previous month. this time, it seems to not be coming at all. i have had really bad cramps for about a week now but nothing (i was due the day after they started), they're really painful and they're the kind of cramps i usually get on the first/second day of my period. i wonder if anyone has experienced this before? and if so is there any advice?

^currently not on any medication for anything including my pcos as the doctor said birth control isnt a necessity for me.

thank you in advance to anyone who answers! :)
