Was also diagnosed in April and it hasn't been easy. I cramp all the time, and a lot of pain in both ovaries, fatigue, mood swings, plenty of bloating since I was also diagnosed with chronic gastritis. Nothing seemed to help with the pain except for exercise. I can say I have felt a lot better after I started working out.
