Does anyone get slight discomfort in their ovaries in the middle of their cycle? Like slight twinge and pulling sensation that comes with watery discharge?? The discomfort only stays for few days along with the duscharge . I am not sure if its ovulation or just another pcos thingy

Sounds like ovulation pain to me. I get all that plus a headache pain thing at back of my head. Ovulation for me, depending on which ovary is working, is a painful event.

Sounds like ovulation pain it’s called Mittelschmerz which is German for ‘Middle pain’. Most women experience this.
