Unsure if I PCOS?

Hi guys,

I haven't had my period for more than 4 years now, I am fit and healthy, not overweight and exercise regularly. I am not even sure if I do have PCOS but no doctor can tell me why my period isn't showing up. I only get my period when I take hormonal pills which I was trying to avoid as I'd always tried to cure it naturally but now I am desperate to get my period. Can you recommend a pill or anything? Thanks in advance :-)

I found myo inositol really helps and vitex although vitex doesn't work for everyone. Both are supplements and can be bought online. Do some online research into those two and hopefully one if not both may help 😊
