Blood test say I have pcos I am 24 and in college I have heard irregular periods for a year and missed last 2 months I would want a baby in the next 3 to 4 years after I finish college is there any hope this just feels so unreal thanks

Yes, not everyone has problems conceiving, and it is really rare not to conceive just due to pcos. Just get your body in the best possible shape to help conceive when you want to.
