Hi everyone,

I been diagnosed with pcos for over 6 months been trying for a baby for two years now. Since september i been having periods that are short that last 7 days. This month i have been having light pinkish discharge and little bit of bleeding not enough to fill a pad, been really exhausted and dry mouth and needing to pee loads. Been to my GP they did bloods it come back as not diabetes or anything serious. Would i be fertile after the bleeding has stopped or not. And is the conceve gel any good for pcos i have read loads of reviews online and everyone with irregular periods and pcos got pregnant after 6 months of use.

PLEASE HELP 🙏🙏🙏

Look at fertilityfriends website as a period doesn’t mean you are ovulating and you can ovulate without one.

Have you been referred to fertility? Had your partner been tested too?

Have you tried Inofolic. Loads of people start to ovulate after taking it. I took it for 6 months and it help me with my pcos symptoms and I got pregnant too after trying for 2 years.

I know this might sound crazy. But you could try intermittent fasting on the keto diet. Your period should return to normal (fairly normal) in a matter of a month or 2. And pcos should subside making you more fertile. Have a lil research or google/youtube its worked for many many women. Good luck!!

Intermittent fasting, will not help if you will break fasting with fast digestive carbs or chocolate. Key is understanding how food affect you. I can give you advice weight training and nutrition plan that eliminate foods that affect your health.
