Spotting?

Hi there! I haven't had a period since April. Before this, I had being having a period every other mouth. I have spoken to my GP and she puts it down to stress, however, I am naturally an uptight person but in years gone by, my periods have been okay, well since my PCOS was diganosed.

I am not the thinnest chick in town but I have been exercising more. However, my main question is my GP asked about Spotting but as I didn't know much about it, I thought it would be blood red spots. However, sometimes, when I go to the loo, my urine is like an orange / blood colour and the tissue is the same, is this spotting? This has happened a few times but does anyone know if it is spotting or something else?

Many thanks

I have had similar. No period since stopping pill end of March. I've had minimal spotting for a day, 3 weeks apart but nothing else. Similar thing with my urine too! Interested to see if you find out why as it will help me too!
