Soy/Soya beans and irregular periods

Hi!

I've recently noticed a huge link to irregular periods/mild PCOS and drinking soya milk with my hot drinks. If anything, it causes my cycle to regulate. Has anyone else found this? Anything I've read online seems to say the opposite to it. Should I be concerned?

Hey I've always heard that soy products are not great for pcos sufferers because it disrupts hormones.

That's interesting though that you have experienced the opposite.

Probably best for you to keep documenting or keeping a food diary and see if there's anything else that has changed that could have helped towards regulating your cycles.

Definitely keeping a record. I don't have dairy at all. I tested no soy and soy for a month each time my cycle went out of sync. And everytime I drank soy I always had a period.

Not what you're looking for?
