Hello everyone,

my question today is practical. This month I will try again to conceive, I am currently on my period. I was thinking to do an ovulation test every day at the same time in the morning untill my next period comes. Would this be the best option to find when I am ovulating this month (if I will ovulate)? Do you have any natural supplemts to suggest? I hope this month to concieve :( it is so frustrating!!!!! Thank you.

Is your period regular and how long is your cycle? When the length is below 35ish, you have a higher chance to have ovulated. If it is longer, you might have anovulatory cycles and possibly need meds to get pregnant. Your GP can do blood tests to find out if you ovulate on your own. The urine ovulation test sticks unfortunately do not seem to work for us pcos ladies. I did get shorter and more regular cycles after following a low gi/low carb/keto/paleo diet but this does just seem to work for some pcos ladies. Otherwise myova (internet) or metformin (prescription) are supposedly helping. Good luck for your new cycle!
