ovulation test results postive from 3 weeks pregnancy test negative

Hi, I've been taking ovulation test which are coming positive from 3 weeks but pregnancy test is negative. Periods are also over due. I am diagonised with PCOS. Waiting for dr appointment which is in august.

What are your cycles like normally- ovulation tests frequently give false readings for pcos ladies, ideally use them along with taking your temperature (look at fertilityfriends website)
