Has anyone used saw palmetto for pcos? If you have, do you recommend it ?

I was and still occasionally use it. It did help me with my acne. Now my skin looks the best it ever looked since before puberty. It also increased my libido soon after taking it.

From what I remember a few people on the forum mentioned it helped with their hair loss too.

It is definitely worth trying it.

I bought it from a local herbal shop in Stoke Newington (London) in a form of power and tincture. Not sure how much in 'mg' and 'ml' that is.

If I was using powder I'd always add 0.5-1 tsp and make a tea out of it or add 10-20 drops of tincture to juice or even water.
