I was diagnosed around 2-3 months ago, I'm just wondering as I'm still slightly clueless - but are there any foods that I shouldn't eat a lot of or shouldn't be eating at all? and should I be taking vitamins or anything else? Thanks

Really stick to low GI type diet so cut out all white carbs as they are route of all evil in my opinion as far as pcos is concerned. We can be deficient in Vit D as well so may be worth topping up. Try to make your own food rather than buying ready made as they tend to have hidden sugar. We do need to eat less than a non pcos lady too as we store so efficiently. By eating the RDA we would put on 2lb a month so over a stone a year so just something to be aware of.
