So me and my husband have been trying to conceive for a year now with no luck. After various blood tests and an ultrasound scan it was picked up that my right ovary looks like it’s polycystic, however my left one is fine. I have no other symptoms of polycystic ovaries other than weight gain since coming off the implant back in September 2016. Is it even possible to have one polycystic ovary? I’ve been trying to research it but can’t seem to find much information. I’m now worried it’s something more sinister. My husband also has low sperm levels so if anyone has any information on conceiving with this condition that would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance!

Yes the cysts on the ovary are only a symptom and not the cause so some ladies do not have them. Quite a few get diagnosed at TTC stage as well with no clue they have the condition.
My hubbie had lots of dead and two tailed sperm but put him on the Boots Vit C and zinc tablets and he ate things with zinc in it like sunflower seeds and his sperm improved by over 100% in a year. Noah is now 12
