Moodswings

Hi guys,

Hope you’re having a lovely Saturday 😊

Just a quick one here, I’ve been experiencing major moodswings recently. One minute I’m happy and bubbly, the next I hate everyone and think that folk are out to get me (it feels real even though I know it’s not). My poor husband is at the end of his tether!

Wondering if anyone experiences this and if so, what do you to that helps?

Thanks 😊 x

I did but the combined contraceptive keep them in check so I dont have such highs and lows - used to have really 'black' days.

I'm gonna try and see the doctor today about mine. She's really good with pcos and doesn't want me on hormonal contraception if I can help it but I can't carry on as I am! My poor boyfriend doesn't know if he's gonna wake up to me being ok or crying when he says morning lol
