I'd be interested to know this too, I take folic acid and boots conception multivitamins but plan to ask about supplements at my fertility consultation next week.

Will do! Meant to say Tesco his and hers conception vitamins but they're probably all much the same! Are you TTC or just looking to control your symptoms? I'm already on metformin and symptoms no different, maybe acne a little better, but had a natural period last month for first time since July so hopefully it'll continue that way or we'll conceive! Abit of both to be honest! Not quiet ready for a baby just yet but it is something i really want. I am just looking for vitamins to improve my sypmtoms and to improve my chances of conceiving. I am wanting to lose weight first before i consider planning for a baby i looking maybe next year for that. And yes i have also been put on metformin too for pcos.

Vitamin D (I take the floradix tablets) as we can be low in this due to pcos. When TTC you obviously need folic acid - if your diet is pretty good then you shouldn't need multi vitamins really. I would check about Vit D if you are TTC as not sure (Ive only been taking it the last year or so).

My hubbie took the Boots Vit C and zinc tablets (and ate seeds that were high in zinc) as he had dodgy sperm and it improved by over a 100% in a year.

Generally you should get it from diet rather than tablet form (obviously some are more tricky than others if you are low in it)
