Hey,sounds like you have had it rough for sure. PCOS is a lifelong condition lovely, so you've had if your whole life and still managed to have three on your own, it's doesn't affect everyone's fertility Nd the condition is that common many women have it and never find out. Unfortunately pcos does increase your risk of cancer, however there rare lifestyle changes you can make to lower the odds such as having s normal BMI, reducing drinking and stopping smoking and lowering sugar/carb intake as insulin is common im pcos due to increased testosterone levels which unfortunately puts us ay higher risk of diabetetes. Snake sure your ask your gp to check for insulin resistance and of so there are things that can help improve this significantly

Yeah, I have enlargered ovaries and too many cysts to count, my fertility was affected and I've been having 4 years of treatment however I finally got my bfp yesterday! It is a very manageable condition but it isn't easy

and making sure you have regular periods as this can cause real issues for some - you need 4 a year to keep your uterus healthy. One lady contacted me and said she had cancer and it was due to no periods but her GP had just said to her that she is lucky she doesnt have them which looking back she was really p*ssed off about so periods are crucial!

Our fertility lasts longer than non pcos ladies as our egg quality is better so you have time - I conceived Noah when I was 36!! He is now 12, So you have time if you want to go down that route again.

Sounds like we have a lot in common as I have got 15 cycsts all in all from one of my gynecology appointment I had back when I was 26 I didn't know where to put myself at the time I'm managing a normal life style with cutting out the sugar and some carbs it all does help I'm awaiting another appointment for a check up and see where I go from there
