Hi Guys,

i need some advice, so i had to stop taking the pill which was helping my periods stay regular, the doctor put me on the mini pill which is the main reason i stopped taking them, now ive had to go back to the doctor who has given me the option of the coil or a pill i take once every three months. i dont want either of those has anyone ever done the injections.

I haven't heard good things about the injections or the implant from a pcos point of view. What reason did you have to stop the combined pill ?

because i get bad migraines they took me of the combined pill, what else could i take/use? x

I used patches at one point. Can’t remember the name but change them once a week for three weeks, then a week off x

It's a combined type one so you will not be allowed it

Aah that makes it more difficult- from a contraceptive point then both are good - from a pcos point of view neither help from a pcos point of view so you will need to control the symptoms by diet
