I haven't had a period In nearly two years, and for the past two weeks I have been having sever abdominal pain (I have it all the time but only lately has it been unbearable). And today, mother nature decided to finally call and I have been extremely heavy all day and have been in absolute agony. Is this normal?
Thanks ladies x

You must have 4 period a year to keep your uterus healthy so go to your GP to get something to force a bleed, I would also ask for a smear as well just to be sure.
Have you been investigated for endometriosis ? Pain is more associated with endo rather than pcos.
If you are worried your period is not right then I would go to the GP and check (or try and get a phone call if you cant get an appointment)
I am aware of this and have been to the GP over 20 times this year and have never received anything to help the pain or to force a bleed! Only this week have I been referred to a gynaecologist next week.
Unfortunately, as I am only 19 I cannot have a smear just yet. They are thinking endometriosis I think, just wanted a bit of advice if anybody else experiences anything similar and if it is normal? As I haven't had a period in so long I kind of have forgotten what they are like haha!
My Gp prescribed Northeristone as had been a year without a period. Like Hols said should be 4 periods a year and GO said she would prescribe it again if no period in 3 months. I'm diagnosed with PCOS however like you I also Have pain daily (sometimes aches but also sharp stabbing pains). I've been taking some natural supplements tho (Maca, vitex, serrapeptase, evening primrose). I'm also prescribed metformin which I take daily but this month I finally got a natural period after a month or so of the supplements and metformin but like you two weeks before i was spotting ever so slightly like once a day and then I got really severe pains for a couple of days so bad one day I was on my way downstairs and had to drop and sit down on the stairs then two weeks later to the day my period arrived from nowhere without any signs. I'm putting the pain down to ovulation as the dates would Match up now xx
