Hi everyone

I'm 38 and have suffered pelvic pain since I was 13 due to polycystic ovaries and endometriosis, I'm now on the waiting list for a total abdominal hysterectomy and bilateral salpingo-oophorectomy......I'm apprehensive to say the very least, so any advice greatly received

A hysterectomy won't resolve the pcos issues (I presume you have been told that) as it is an endocrine disorder and not really ovary related. I do believe it will help with the endo tho as this is generally what causes pain rather than pcos.
