In February 2015 I had a little boy via ventouse and episiotomy. Everything was fine for a while after. Then I started getting stabbing pains in my left ovary which slowly started radiating across my whole pelvic area. Intercourse is now near impossible, my periods are painful and inconsistent, I've had spotting, back pain, head aches and been regularly woken up during the night by the pain. Eventually I plucked up the courage and visited the doc as everything went down hill after 2 episodes of thrush and one of breasts randomly starting to relactate. The doc did some swabs which all came back negative so I was referred to a gynaecologist. They did an internal scan and found 11 cysts on my left ovary. They've decided to book me in for a lap' to see what's really going on. I've been told that it's could be endo or PCOS by the docs. It's anyone's guess as my mum used to have PCOS and my sister had endo growing up so the outcome isn't looking too bright. Quite frankly I just want my life back 🙁

I've been told that I could have PCOS or endo. Would like to know if anyone has had a similar experience to me.

There is a link between endo and pcos - pcos doesn't tend to be painful so it sounds like endo to me but you may well have both, which is not uncommon.
