Hi there. You will only really know if your pregnant by doing a test. These do sound like symptoms of pregnancy, but the human body is good at playing tricks on us too!

Our bodies can crave things for lots of reasons eg. Not only does our stomach rumble when we are hungry, it also rumbles when we need a drink. Most people would go for the food option, but in most cases it's trying to let us know that we need hydrating. We also crave various foods when our bodies are lacking in certain vitamins and minerals. Back pain can be a sign of kidney problems. Feeling tired is another symptom of dehydration.

I am not a doctor nor am I medically trained, but my first step would be to do a pregnancy test and take it from there xxx
