Hi everyone! I am new here! 2 years ago I got divorced and have steadily gained 3 and a half stones :( I need to shift this weight as it's really negatively impacting my health :(

Need some support and I heard I could find some here x

Wish me luck!

Good luck, remember it's not about crash dieting but finding and maintaining a diet that works with your body. You don't mention PCOS but I assume that's why your here? Diets that work well for PCOS sufferers involve low gluten and sugar (this is also my personal experience) but I have also heard diary-free can help too.

It's about trial and error, finding what your body works well or not so well with and cutting that out. Only when you've found that out can you start to use exercise to lose weight, otherwise it's an uphill battle.

Thank you so much for your message :)

Yes I have PCOS and I am trying a low GI lifestyle at the minute with 5 days at the gym!! When not at the gym I walk home! Today was a good day! So fingers crossed for the rest xxxx
