After laparoscopy...

I had a laparoscopy last Tuesday (8 days ago) where they diagnosed polycystic ovaries and adhesions (not too sure where they were yet waiting on follow up appointment) and while I'm getting back to normal and all seems well apart from a little tenderness. On one side of my lower abdomen across from my lower incision, is still swollen like a lump and is warm to touch.... Is this normal or should I all be unswollen by now? I still have a very yellow bruise under my belly button incision?

Thanks in advance

Its normally a standard 18 week wait but you can be seen sooner depending on waiting lists. I had my laparoscopy 2 weeks ago after a 12 week wait. Good luck x
