Today I made a light lunch of steam Garland Chrysanthemum leaves, sliced mushrooms and bell peppers, garnished with dehydrated garlics, onions and a little bit of gf soy sauce dipping. ๐๐
I love Chrysanthemum leaves so much for their mildly grassy, herbaceous taste with stalks that are sweet and slightly crunchy. Besides, they are excellent source of potassium, fiber, vitamins A and C, calcium, and flavonoids. They are also used to treat chest pain (angina), high blood pressure, type 2 diabetes, fever, cold, headache, dizziness, and swelling through holistic approach.

Hi Happyman4, I was a bit worried yesterday if everything was alright with you and your family because I didnโt see you here. ๐ Iโm glad you are doing great. ๐๐ Iโm so sure your wife knows this and I think she likes the unique taste of this leaf (steamed or boiled)
These are absolutely healthy greens that we can have, usually we go by their strong taste too as they are very potent. These can be sautรฉ or make into soup also with any proteins of your choice.
