Today I made a light lunch of sautΓ© sliced beets with stems and leaves mixed with seaweed salad. ππ
Iodine intake with Seaweed salad:
1. Rinse fresh seaweed thoroughly and soaked with water overnight.
2. Marinate with red wine vinegar, freshly squeezed orange juice and sprinkle with chili flakes.
I love this dish combination because of the natural sweetness of beets can balance out seaweed taste. Itβs so delicious when garnished with dehydrated garlics, onions, and grated vegan feta cheese. Love fresh slice tomatoes π in a salad. ππ
