I soaked raw almonds overnight to make almond milk for my Matcha/Coconut Jelly dessert. I blended almond milk with Vegan Matcha Tea/coconut milk powder and filtered with nut bag cloth to get a smooth liquid. Boiled with Vegan Agar powder and refrigerated for a cool dessert served with a bit of date syrup. ππ
With this heat, I love Ajwain seeds tea as itβs known for summer tea with many health benefits without the caffeine so I can drink at any time of the day. This tea is so lovely when chilled with Goji berries for natural mildly sweet and antioxidant/tasty summer drink. π΅ππ
