Today I made a light lunch of steam Garland Chrysanthemum leaves, sliced mushrooms and bell peppers, garnished with dehydrated garlics, onions and a little bit of gf soy sauce dipping. ππ
I love Chrysanthemum leaves so much for their mildly grassy, herbaceous taste with stalks that are sweet and slightly crunchy. Besides, they are excellent source of potassium, fiber, vitamins A and C, calcium, and flavonoids. They are also used to treat chest pain (angina), high blood pressure, type 2 diabetes, fever, cold, headache, dizziness, and swelling through holistic approach.
