Here's some gluten free plant based shortbread biscuits that I made yesterday, there have been issues down loading photo's so it seems to be alright.
255g plain GF flour mix
170g Pure vegan spread
75g soft brown sugar
A little soy cream but any plant based milk will do to make a dough
A few drops of vanilla extract
Whiz it up and tray baked this takes longer to bake but saves time faffing about cutting individual ones.
I baked 12 but there's only 11 here for some reason and I had some with afternoon tea and bikkies.
We have to have our treats in the lockdown. 😀
