Hi,
Has anyone made vegan tiramisu? I’ve looked at recipes on line and don’t want it to be too much of a faff.
I’m going to make it at Christmas. I’ve made a sponge and put it in the freezer so it’s ready when I am.
I’m going to soak the sponge in strong coffee and a splash of spiced rum.
For the mascarpone I’m going to use the following:-
Soaked Cashews, coconut cream, lemon and salt
Layer the sponge and the “mascarpone” and sprinkle grated chocolate on top.
Has anyone ever made this and does anyone have any tips or advice please?
