I made this cake yesterday. It’s a basic sponge. (I used orgran egg replacer and coconut sugar). Added cocao powder, a shot of coffee and a grated raw beetroot.
I couldn’t wait for it to cool down so decided to have it hot with Swedish glace. It was really simple, quick and tasty 😋
I’ve just been on a long walk and had another slice today cold with a cup of tea and it’s really moist and still just as tasty cold 😁👍🌱
