Thought I'd make some Vegan brownies, they taste absolutely delicious. The only downside I would say is I found them quite expensive to make. They are lovely as a treat though 😀.

They do look very nice. As with most of these recipes It looks like it doesn’t make many. I think the idea is you have a smaller square but they never works for me! It’s quite a lot of cashews isn’t it. Is that what made it expensive? Thing is they look like a decadent treat but actually they are really healthy. They wouldn’t last long in my house that’s for sure 🙂🌱👍
They certainly taste very good, you are right you cut them into small squares. The expensive ingredients are the bapke syrup and almond flour. I can't deny that they are a yummy treat😋
