These look rather delicious😋
Has anyone ever used powdered peanut butter? I’d never heard of it?
Ingredients
1 cup powdered peanut butter
1/3 cup water
2 tablespoons maple syrup
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 cup unsweetened shredded coconut + a pinch more for topping
1/2 cup vegan chocolate chips, melted
Preparation
Combine powdered peanut butter, maple syrup, water, vanilla extract, and coconut in a large bowl.
Press into an aluminum foil-lined 8x4 pan or Tupperware container.
Spread melted chocolate chips over top and top with additional coconut if desired.
Freeze for 1 hour before slicing and serving. Store in refrigerator.

Hi Ali Agoodenough
I made these today but sadly I didn't enjoy them so won't make again. Personally I think peanut butter would had been better.
Sorry to disappoint.

I looked up the peanut butter powder and it’s different to the one you said. Maybe that would make a difference. Sorry you didn’t like them.
Is this the recipe you used with tapioca starch? Seems like a bit of a faff!
How do you make peanut butter powder?
worked like a charm!
In a blender, mix 1/2 c tapioca starch and 1/3 c peanut butter (use creamy).
Blend it up, stopping the blender every so often to mix it up a bit until you have a powdery consistency.
Store it in a covered jar (it will last as long as the peanut butter will last – look for the expiry date on the jar)

That may well make a difference as it's very different to what I did.
Unfortunately my blender doesn't take dry ingredients, they have to be wet.
That does sound easy to do though.
Don't worry, I'm sure I'll find plenty more sweet recipes.😉😋🌈🙏 xx
